Upload source & target files
Drop the new month's trial balance exports (any format) alongside the existing FS workbooks for each company. The system matches them by company name.

Auto-detect & parse
Each source file is analysed: header rows are skipped, account codes are extracted and normalised to 3 digits, subtotal rows are removed.

Classify & compute
Every account is labelled BS or PL based on the Romanian chart of accounts. Net sold final (Debit − Credit) is calculated for each row.

Inject into existing FS files
A new monthly sheet (e.g. Jan26) is added to each FS workbook. The existing TBs, P&L, and BS sheets — with their SUMIF formulas — instantly reflect the new data.

Update COMBINED group file
The group reporting workbook is updated with the latest period for every company — group P&L and BS summaries recalculate automatically.
